The Vi.Be.Mac S2410 is an Automatic Fly Piece Unit (J-Stitch) designed for precise fly-piece sewing on jeans, casual trousers and workwear. It automates key operations including fabric loading, positioning, J-stitch sewing, thread trimming and stacking to create a more consistent and streamlined production process.

The machine uses vacuum fabric positioning to accurately hold the material during sewing, while programmable J-stitch and bartack patterns provide flexibility for different production requirements. It supports both left- and right-side fly operations, making it suitable for varied garment applications.

The Vibemac J-Stitch Machine combines automated fabric handling, precise positioning and programmable sewing into one production unit. By automating repetitive fly-piece operations, the S2410 helps reduce manual intervention while maintaining consistent sewing quality.

With automatic loading, vacuum positioning, thread trimming and stacking, the machine is designed to streamline the fly-piece production workflow from material placement through finished-piece handling.

The S2410 uses a single-needle lockstitch system and provides a maximum sewing area of 240 × 100 mm, with a fly width range of 26–46 mm.
