Equipped with a new high-speed double-needle quilting and embroidery
machine head, with surface coating treatment for parts. The minimum needle
spacing is 50.8mm (2″). The double needle bars can be controlled
independently or manually, allowing free activation and locking. Needle
spacing adjustments or switching to alternative heads can be quickly
executed according to production requirements, meeting the high-efficiency
production demands for various quilting and embroidery patterns.
• Uses a custom large rotary hook, with a thread capacity FOUR times that of
a standard rotary hook, reducing the frequency of bobbin changes and
improving production efficiency.
• Fully servo-driven system with an optimized transmission and gear reduction
ratio, significantly enhancing machine performance.

components are sourced from well-known brands.
